Don't worry, we know what it's like, it's easy to make a typo when putting your details in. If you do, then this is what you need to do to change your details to what they should be.
If you are logged into your account.
You can change your mobile number and home address by your self, in your account settings page or by using this link.
Things you can't change or not logged in.
If you want to change your name, e-mail address or date of birth or if you can't access your account to change your home address or mobile number then please read carefully below what to do.
Mobile number - If you're not logged in then please contact our customer service team with the security information at the bottom of this guide. They will be able to help change this for you.
Home address - If you're not logged in or can't log in then please send us a copy of your ID and a recent proof of address to email@example.com and explain that you'd like to update your home address.
E-mail address - To change your contact e-mail address is easy, send us an e-mail from your registered e-mail address requesting us to change it for you. Please include the security information below. Please also be aware that this won't change your registered log in e-mail, that will stay the same as your old email address.
Name - To change your name on the account we need you to send a valid ID to firstname.lastname@example.org showing your current name as well as proof of the name change and a reason for the change.
Date of birth - Similar to changing the name on your account we need you to send a valid ID to email@example.com and we also need you to provide a reason why the date of birth needs to be changed.
You can easily change most of your details in your Settings, but in some cases, you are required to contact Customer Support.
Whenever you contact us to change your details please also include your security information in the correspondence, this is:
1) Full name
2) Date of birth
3) Email address used to register.
4) Home address, postcode and city
5) Mobile number
7) The last payment method used on your account (if any) or when you last logged in.
